1. 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar -
6. 1 1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats -
7. 1/2 c. raw pecans, roughly chopped -
8. 1/2 c. raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas) -
9. 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut flakes -
10. 1/4 c. raw sunflower seeds -
11. Fresh berries and yogurt, for serving (optional) -
How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Cinnamon Crunch Granola
1. Stage
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Add oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, coconut, and sunflower seeds and toss to combine.
2. Stage
Line an air-fryer basket with foil, coming 1" up the sides to create a foil basket. Add one-third to one-half of oat mixture (depending on size of air fryer). Cook at 350°, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy, 6 to 9 minutes.
3. Stage
Transfer to a large heatproof bowl and let cool. Repeat with remaining oat mixture.

Serve with berries and yogurt, if desired.
