Ingredients for - Air Fryer Okra

1. 2 tbsp. cornstarch -
2. 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning (salt free, if possible) -
3. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, plus more to taste -
4. 1 lb. okra, halved lengthwise  -
5. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil  -
6. 1/2 c. sour cream  -
7. 2 tsp. creole mustard or country-style mustard -
8. 1/2 tsp. hot sauce  -
9. Lemon wedges, for serving  -

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Okra

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, Cajun seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add okra and toss to coat. Drizzle with oil and toss again to coat.

Working in batches, in an air-fryer basket, arrange okra in a single layer (do not overcrowd). Cook at 400°, tossing halfway through, until golden and crisp, about 18 minutes. Transfer okra to a plate; season with salt.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, and hot sauce; season to taste with salt, if desired.

4. Stage

Squeeze a lemon wedge over cooked okra. Serve with more lemon wedges and mustard sauce alongside.
