2. 4 fully cooked boneless ham steaks (5 ounces each) -
3. 1/2 cup apricot preserves -
4. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar -
5. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger -
6. Dash salt -

How to cook deliciously - Apricot Ham Steak

1. Stage

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Cook ham on both sides until lightly browned and heated through. Remove from pan; keep warm.

2. Stage

Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter and remaining ingredients to pan; cook and stir over medium heat until blended and heated through. Serve over ham.
