Ingredients for - Baked Brie with Apples

1. 1 tablespoon butter -
2. 1 small tart apple, peeled and sliced -
3. 1/3 cup dried cranberries -
4. 1/4 cup chopped pecans -
5. 1 tablespoon brown sugar -
6. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon -
7. Dash ground nutmeg -
8. 1 round (8 ounces) Brie cheese -
9. Assorted crackers -

How to cook deliciously - Baked Brie with Apples

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the apple, cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and give everything a good stir. Cook and stir the mixture until the apples are tender, five to seven minutes.

2. Stage

Cut the Brie in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a 9-inch pie plate.

3. Stage

Spoon half of the apple mixture on the Brie’s bottom half. Replace the Brie’s top, and spoon on the remaining apple mixture.

4. Stage

Bake, uncovered, until the cheese begins to melt, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve it warm with crackers.
