1. Stage
Coat a desired section of coup glasses with writing gel. In a small dish, combine pink, white, and gold sprinkles. Press sprinkles into gel to adhere.
2. Stage
In a cocktail shaker, combine egg white, orange liqueur, grenadine, and lemon juice. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
3. Stage
Strain between prepared glasses. Top off with seltzer. Sprinkle with glitter (if using).
