How to cook deliciously - Bloody Mary Burger
1. Stage
In a large bowl, combine ground beef with 1 tablespoon hot sauce and Worcestershire. Season with salt and lots of pepper and stir well to combine. Form the mixture into 4 equally-sized patties.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Place patties in skillet and cook to your likin, about 4 minutes per side for medium.

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Bloody Mary mix, Worcestershire, juice of ½ lemon, vodka, and hot sauce until well incorporated, then season with more salt and pepper.
4. Stage
Spread spicy mayo on each bottom burger bun, then add burgers and top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, more sauce, and top buns. Onto a toothpick, add an olive, cornichon, cherry tomato, and pepperoncini. Stick into each burger, along with a skewered piece of bacon.
