1. 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened -
2. 2/3 cup sour cream -
3. 2/3 cup mayonnaise -
4. 2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese -
5. 1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce or your favorite hot sauce -
6. 1 tablespoon dried parsley -
7. 1 teaspoon dried dill -
8. 3 cloves garlic, minced -
9. 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated onion -
10. 1 teaspoon salt -
11. 1 teaspoon black pepper -
12. 1 pound cooked chicken breasts, shredded -
13. 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles, to top (optional) -
14. 1/4 cup cilantro, to top -
15. Vegetable sticks, crackers, or sliced baguette, to serve -

How to cook deliciously - Buffalo Chicken Dip

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange a rack in the center of the oven.

Combine the sauce: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix them together until smooth, stopping the mixer to scrape down the sides if necessary. Mix in the grated cheese, hot sauce, dried herbs, garlic, granulated onion, salt, and pepper. Mix again until completely incorporated.

Add the shredded chicken: Mix on low until combined.

Bake until bubbly: Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan, 9-inch square baking dish, or another similarly-sized baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbling. Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles (if using) and cilantro over the top and serve immediately with vegetable sticks, crackers, or sliced baguette.
