Ingredients for - Campfire Corn Dog Dip

1. 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened -
2. 1/3 c. sour cream -
3. 2 jalapeños, minced -
4. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
5. 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar -
6. 1 1/2 c. Shredded Monterey Jack -
7. 3 sweet corn, kernels removed (about 2 cups) -
8. 6 hot dogs, sliced into coins -
9. 4 green onion, thinly sliced -
10. Pinch red pepper flakes -
11. Chips, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Campfire Corn Dog Dip

1. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños. Fold in cheeses, corn, hot dogs, and most green onions (save some for garnish!). Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a cast iron skillet. Cover skillet with foil.

2. Stage

Cook over campfire until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15 minutes. Garnish with remaining green onions and red pepper flakes. Serve warm with chips.
