9. 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast -
10. 1/2 cup chopped celery -
11. 1/4 cup chopped green onions -
12. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley -
13. 2 tablespoons raisins -
14. 2 tablespoons oven-roasted sliced almonds -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Salad Without Mayo

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper until thoroughly combined. This is the no-mayo part of this chicken salad!

Add the shredded cooked chicken, celery, green onion, parsley, raisins and almonds to the bowl. Stir everything very well to combine.
