How to cook deliciously - Chocolate-Avocado Mousse

1. Stage

Place two avocados, 1/4 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a blender, cover and process until smooth. Transfer to four dessert dishes and refrigerate for at least two hours.
