1. 8 c. popcorn (from about 1/4 c. unpopped) -
2. 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted -
3. 3 tbsp. light brown sugar -
4. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon -
5. 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Cinnamon Bun Popcorn

1. Stage

On a baking sheet, toss popcorn and butter. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and toss again to combine. Spread in an even layer.

2. Stage

In a glass measuring cup, whisk confectioners' sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons water, adding more water 1/2 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached (it should be about as runny as the glaze on a cinnamon roll).

3. Stage

Drizzle glaze over popcorn. Refrigerate until set, 20 to 25 minutes.
