Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 1 red bell pepper - cored, seeded, and chopped

  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Combine water, cashews, bell pepper, nutritional yeast, onion powder, salt, and garlic powder in a blender; blend until completely smooth. Transfer to a saucepan.

  2. Heat over low heat until warm, about 5 minutes.
