Air Fryer Lemon-Thyme Mushrooms

Mushroom slices that are crispy on the edges, tender and juicy in the middle. I like to serve these with pork tenderloin, salmon, or grilled steak but they go great with chicken too.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces white mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ¼ teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

  • ¼ teaspoon ground thyme

  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Place mushrooms in a bowl. Add oil, lemon-pepper, and thyme. Stir to coat.

  2. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.

  3. Place mushroom slices in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir and sprinkle with salt. Cook for 5 minutes more.

Cook's Note:

For extra crispy mushrooms, cook an 2 additional minutes. Use a hard-boiled egg/mushroom slicer for quick and uniform results.
