Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened pineapple juice

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O® mix

  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk

  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Chill evaporated milk.

  2. Combine sugar, pineapple juice, and eggs in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook until mixture thickens. Stir in orange gelatin, and stir well until dissolved. Cool.

  3. Whip evaporated milk, and mix into the cooled orange mixture. Pour filling into pie crust. Freeze until ready to eat.
