Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup orange juice

  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice

Directions

  1. Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, cloves, cinnamon, and allspice in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, whisking continuously, until brown sugar has melted and sauce is smooth, about 5 minutes.

Cook's Note:

To use as a ham glaze, score the surface of your ham 15 minutes before the ham is finished cooking. Spoon 1/2 of the glaze over the ham. Continue glazing and baking. Serve remaining glaze with the ham.
