Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1 Smithfield Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham

  • 1 bunch asparagus

  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack into the lined roasting pan.

  2. Place ham fat-side up on the rack in the prepared roasting pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.

  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes per pound of ham, 60 to 90 minutes.

  4. Glaze according to directions.

  5. Garnish with grilled or roasted asparagus, strawberries, and blueberries.
