Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 1 packet CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Rich Milk Chocolate Powdered Drink Mix

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup skim milk, or more as needed

  • 5 ice cubes

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions

  1. Add chocolate drink powder, yogurt, milk, ice, and peanut butter to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Cook's Note:

Vanilla or regular yogurt can be substituted but that will substantially raise the carb count and lower the protein count.
