I had a steak with this Northwest steakhouse steak marinade, which was the best steak I have ever had.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning

  • 1 cube chicken bouillon, crushed

  • 1 pinch seasoned salt

  • 1 pinch garlic powder

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Stir Greek seasoning, bouillon cube, seasoning salt, and garlic powder into melted butter in a glass measuring cup until bouillon cube dissolved.

  2. Pour marinade into a wide, shallow dish; add your steak of your choice, turning to coat both sides with marinade. Cook or grill as desired.

Cook's Note

I like to bake the steak in the marinade at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes per side before finishing it on the grill.
