Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage

  • 1 cup ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Mix cola, ketchup, and Worcestershire together in a medium bowl.

  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour cola mixture over top and cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 50 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
