Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings

  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 (12 ounce) can fully cooked luncheon meat with bacon (such as SPAM® with Bacon), sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Mix dark brown sugar and pepper together in a shallow bowl.

  3. Coat both sides of luncheon meat slices with brown sugar mixture; arrange in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven, turning halfway, until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
