Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1 (5 ounce) package spring green salad mix

  • 3 cups chopped fresh kale

  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

  • 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, quartered

  • ¼ cup pecan halves, or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds, or to taste

  • ¼ cup raspberry vinaigrette, or to taste

Directions

  1. Mix salad mix, kale, and sugar together in a large bowl. Add mandarin oranges, strawberries, pecans, and poppy seeds. Top with raspberry vinaigrette and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
