This chicken recipe with cream of celery has about a 5-minute prep time, and it tastes great. Chicken breasts in a creamy sauce with some white wine! It also freezes well. Serve over rice with hot bread.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • cup white wine

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Combine condensed soups, sour cream, and white wine in a medium bowl. Mix well and pour over chicken. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of chicken should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
