Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 ½ cups chopped pecans

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons Kentucky bourbon

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9-inch pie pan with pie crust.

  2. Beat butter and eggs together in a bowl. Add sugar and flour, mixing well. Gently fold in pecans, chocolate chips, and bourbon. Pour filling into the pie shell.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until set, 30 to 35 minutes.
