This is the easiest piña colada recipe I know! You just blend fresh pineapple, sweetened condensed coconut milk, rum, and ice to make this creamy and refreshing cocktail. It tastes so much better with real ingredients instead of store-bought mixes.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple

  • 1 (7 ounce) can sweetened condensed coconut milk

  • 7 fluid ounces white rum

  • 2 cups ice

Directions

  1. Combine pineapple, coconut milk, rum, and ice in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

Cook’s Note

You can use frozen pineapple instead of fresh.
