Directions

Combine boiling water, egg, MCT oil, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Whip until well mixed and frothy. Add enough stevia to reach desired sweetness.
Cook's Note:
Substitute coffee for the boiling water if preferred.
