Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 23 large marshmallows

  • 2 cups brown sugar

  • 1 cup butter

  • ¼ cup light corn syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages microwave popcorn, popped

Directions

  1. Stir marshmallows, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and vanilla extract together in a large pot over medium-low heat until marshmallows melt, 5 to 7 minutes.

  2. Place popcorn in a large bowl; pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn and gently stir to coat.
