This berry cobbler is a great dessert. You can substitute blueberries, blackberries, or cranberries. I use an egg substitute.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • cup milk

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups raspberries

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in milk, egg, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in raspberries. Pour into prepared pan.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until top is firm, 35 to 40 minutes.
