Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar

  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ¼ teaspoon ground thyme

  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil

Directions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and basil together in a bowl until smooth. Keep refrigerated until needed if not using right away.

Recipe Tip

You can use 1 teaspoon freshly chopped basil instead of dried basil.
