This one-pot taco chili recipe has a fantastic taco taste thanks to Knorr Fiesta Sides Taco Rice, with its perfect seasonings, and ground beef. It's an easy one-dish meal for the entire family!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • ½ onion, diced

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

  • 1 cup frozen corn

  • 1 (6 ounce) package Knorr Fiesta Sides Taco Rice

  • 1 tablespoon buttery spread

  • ½ cup shredded cheese, or more to taste

  • ½ cup sour cream, or more to taste

Directions

  1. Heat a heavy pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion; cook and stir until beef is browned and crumbled and onion begins to turn translucent, about 5 minutes. Drain grease from pot.

  2. Add beef broth, beans, tomatoes, corn, and rice; stir in buttery spread and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 7 minutes.

  3. Let stand, off heat, at least 2 minutes, then stir. Top servings with cheese and sour cream.
