medium sweet potatoes, sliced into ½"-thick rounds
- 1 Tbsp.
chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 2 Tbsp.

Directions
- Step 1Preheat the oven to 425°. Butter a 9”-x-13” casserole dish or other oven safe baking dish with Land O Lakes® Salted Butter.
- Step 2Arrange your rounds of sweet potato in the prepared baking dish.
- Step 3In a small pot, melt the stick of Land O Lakes® Salted Butter with the thyme, maple syrup, cayenne, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
