Ingredients
- 1/2 cup minced fresh ginger
- 4 oz. apple cider vinegar
- 2 oz. sherry vinegar
- 2 oz. water
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
- Step 1In a small saucepan, bring ingredients to a boil. Stir in sugar and simmer for 20 minutes. Fine-strain into a heatproof jar. Let cool, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
