This grilled fish "burger" recipe combines homemade Asian sauces, glazes, and marinades for a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients
- 1 mahimahi fillet
- 2 Tbsp. Miso Soy Mirin
- tsp. kosher salt
- tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Citrus Soy Glaze
- 1 potato bun
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. Miso Soy Mayo
- 1 leaf butter lettuce
- 1 slice beefsteak tomato
Directions
- Step 1Marinate fish in Miso Soy Mirin for 1/2 hour, and no more than 8 hours. Wipe marinade off of fish, and season with salt and pepper. Grill skin side up (skin removed). Make nice cross-hatch grill marks. Once turned over, continue cooking until done. Place on a plate and brush with Citrus Soy Glaze.
- Step 2Split, butter, and grill or toast potato bun.
- Step 3Place fish on bun bottom. Spread Miso Soy Mayo on bun top. Place lettuce and tomato on bun top and serve open-faced.
