Ingredients

4 cups
milk (preferably 2% or whole)
1 cup
white chocolate chips
1 tsp.
vanilla
Blue food coloring
Reddiwhip
Purple sprinkles
blue rock candy

Directions

1. Step 1In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat milk until it starts to steam. Turn off heat and add white chocolate chips, vanilla, and 3 drops of blue food coloring. Whisk until the chocolate is melted.
2. Step 2Serve immediately, and garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles and crushed blue rock candy.
