Top fresh grilled oysters with this zesty butter seasoned with lemon, hot sauce, and savory minced anchovies.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 anchovy filets
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
- 2 tsp. chili flakes
- 2 tsp. Hot sauce
Directions
- Step 1Cut butter into 1-inch cubes and allow to soften at room temperature. Combine all ingredients.
- Step 2Use immediately to spoon on top of oysters before grilling, or roll butter in a log, wrap in plastic and refrigerate until needed.
