To put it quite simply, this golden-crusted turkey, apple, brie, and Dijon panini is the brie's knees (sorry, we can never resist a good pun). The bright taste of apple complements the savory deli meat, then the sandwich filling is pressed between two delicious slices of Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Bread. It'll make a gourmet addition to your brunch or dinner repertoire.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
- 1/4 cup
whole-grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp.
Dijon mustard
- 1
(8-oz.) wheel brie, thinly sliced
- 8
- 3/4 lb.
deli sliced turkey meat (about 12 slices)
- 1
medium green apple, stemmed, cored, and thinly sliced
Directions
- Step 1Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat (or a preheat a panini press to medium-high heat) and spray with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine whole-grain mustard and Dijon mustard.
- Step 2Arrange slices of brie over half of Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Bread slices. Top with turkey and apples. Spread mustard mixture on remaining bread slices and close sandwiches.
- Step 3Working in batches if needed, grill sandwiches, pressing down with another pan and flipping once halfway through, until outside is golden and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes per side. If using panini press, close and cook 4 minutes total.
