Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
ranch, divided
Juice of 1/2 lime
- 3
avocados, sliced
- 1/2 cup
panko bread crumbs
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Hot sauce
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 400°. In a medium bowl, stir together 1/4 cup ranch dressing and lime juice.
- Step 2Dip each avocado slice in ranch mixture, then in panko, coating all over. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 3Season avocado fries with salt and pepper and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Step 4Bake until golden, 20 minutes. Mix remaining ranch with hot sauce for dipping and serve.
