Bacon-Cheddar Bagel Ring

Ingredients

tube refrigerated biscuit dough, biscuits halved
- 12 oz.
cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 c.
shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp.
sour cream
- 1/4 c.
green onions
- 6
slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 tsp.
garlic powder
- 2 tsp.
dehydrated onion
- 2 tsp.
poppy seeds
- 2 tsp.
sesame seeds
Egg wash
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an ovenproof 10” skillet with cooking spray. Make dip: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, green onions, and most of the bacon.
- Step 2Make everything seasoning. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic powder, dehydrated onion, poppy seeds, and sesame seeds.
- Step 3Cut each biscuit in half and roll halves into balls. Place around the perimeter of skillet to form a ring. (The biscuit pieces should be touching!) Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with everything seasoning. Spoon bacon-cheddar dip into the center of the biscuit dough. Top dip with more bacon.
- Step 4Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the biscuits are golden and cooked through.
