Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
milk or water
- 1 cup
old-fashioned rolled oats
kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp.
cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp.
mini semisweet and white chocolate chips
Directions
- Step 1In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring milk to a boil. Stir in oats and salt, reduce heat to low, and simmer until oats are tender and creamy, 5 minutes.
- Step 2Stir in cocoa powder and mix until oatmeal is fully coated.
- Step 3Stir in half the mini chocolate chips and mix until they begin to melt.
- Step 4Serve in a bowl topped with additional mini chocolate chips.
