Ingredients

eggs
- 1/4 c.
ham, cubed
- 1/4 c.
shredded white cheddar
- 1/4 c.
finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp.
finely chopped chives
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Marketside All Butter Croissants
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 375° and line a small baking sheet with parchment. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, ham, cheddar, pepper, and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2Cut off the tops of each Marketside All Butter Croissant, then remove some of the center. Spoon egg mixture into each croissant and bake until eggs are set, 20 to 25 minutes.
