Ingredients
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Oreo cookie crust
- Melted chocolate, for drizzling
Directions
- Step 1Using a stand mixer, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Beat in cream cheese until combined, then add sugar, canned pumpkin, and pumpkie pie spice.
- Step 2Pour mixture into Oreo crust and smooth over the top with a spatula.
- Step 3Transfer to the freezer and let chill until firm, 4 hours.
- Step 4Drizzle cheesecake with melted chocolate and serve.
