Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups Shredded leftover turkey
- 1 1/2 cups leftover stuffing
- 4 large eggs
Directions
- Step 1In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook until tender, then stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more. Season with salt and pepper. Add turkey and stuffing and stir until combined, then cook until warmed through, 3 minutes more.
- Step 2Make four nests in mixture and crack an egg into each.
- Step 3Cover and cook until egg white are set and yolk runny, 5 minutes.
- Step 4Season with salt and pepper and serve.
