Ingredients

16 oz. strawberries, stems removed
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

1. Step 1Preheat oven to 175° and line a large cooking sheet with parchment paper. In the bowl of a food processor, combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Puree until completely smooth.
2. Step 2Pour strawberry mixture onto prepared sheet tray and bake 3-4 hours, until completely dry and barely sticky.
3. Step 3Let cool completely, then use heart cookie cutters to cut roll-ups into hearts. Serve.
