If you are a cheese lover, then you know that a baked brie is a must-have at any dinner party. There are truly dozens of way to top and throw brie into the oven but we absolutely love this super simple perpetration. Apricot preserves and almonds are a match made in heaven especially when eaten with melty cheese.
You can also add any type of jam, preserves or nuts that you like! Just make sure, however you top it, you serve it with tons of toasted bread. Here's a tip: rub your freshly toasted bread to impart a ton of sharp, garlicky flavor.
