Ingredients for - Watermelon Pizza

1. 8 wedges seedless watermelon, about 1 inch thick -
2. 1 cup heirloom cherry tomatoes, sliced -
3. 1 cup fresh baby arugula -
4. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries -
5. 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese -
6. 1/3 cup pitted Greek olives, halved -
7. 1 tablespoon olive oil -
8. 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt -
9. 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper -
10. Balsamic glaze, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Watermelon Pizza

1. Stage

Grill watermelon, covered, on a greased grill rack over medium-high direct heat until seared, 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove from heat; transfer to a platter. Chill.

2. Stage

To serve, top chilled watermelon with tomatoes, arugula, blueberries, feta and olives. Drizzle with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
