Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups
all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp.
baking soda
- 1/2 tsp.
kosher salt
- 1 cup
milk chocolate chips (½ cup finely chopped and ½ cup whole chips)
- 1
(3.8-oz.) box JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Instant Pudding
- 1 cup
butter, softened
- 1/3 cup
sugar
- 3/4 cup
light brown sugar
- 2 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
- 2
eggs, cold
- 1 cup
JET-PUFFED Mini Marshmallows
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350º and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt, milk chocolate, and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
- Step 3In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugars, and extract. Add in the eggs and stir until combined, then add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Add in the mini marshmallows and combine.
- Step 4Use a small scoop (1 ¾”) to make balls. Bake cookies 3 inches apart for 10 minutes. Let cool completely and enjoy.
