1. 1/2 pound ground beef -
2. 4 hot dogs, cut in half lengthwise and sliced -
3. 1 can (16 ounces) baked beans -
4. 1/2 cup ketchup -
5. 2 tablespoons brown sugar -
6. 2 tablespoons prepared mustard -
7. 2 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed -
8. 1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inches) -
9. 4 slices American cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Hot Dog Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400°. In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add hot dogs, beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and cheese cubes. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, prick crust with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Fill with hot beef mixture. Cut each cheese slice into four strips; make a lattice topping over pie. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes longer.
