1. 2-1/2 pounds large sweet potatoes (about 4 large), peeled and shredded -

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Potato Pone

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9-in. baking dish; set aside. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, corn syrup, butter and orange zest. In another bowl, combine flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add to sweet potato mixture; mix well. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake until sweet potatoes are bubbly and golden brown, 55-60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
