2. 1 cup crumbled blue cheese -
3. 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar -
4. 1 tablespoon water -
5. 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper -
6. 1/4 cup canola oil -
7. 8 cups chopped romaine -
8. 3 medium tomatoes, chopped -
9. 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled -
