1. 3 tablespoons lime juice -
2. 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
3. 3 tablespoon stir-fry sauce -
4. 4-1/2 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot -
5. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes -
6. 3 garlic cloves, minced -
7. 1 pork tenderloin (1 pound) -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Chinese Pork Tenderloin

1. Stage

In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Place the pork in a large bowl; add half the marinade. Turn pork to coat; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.

2. Stage

Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork, covered, over high heat until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear, 15-20 minutes, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
