Strangely enough, my mom used to feed this jalapeño fudge to me as a baby.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 ¼ pounds shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeño peppers

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Butter a 9x12-inch baking dish.

  2. Beat eggs together in a bowl; stir in Cheddar cheese and jalapeños. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is bubbling and lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
